My name is Devyn and I am the mama behind Green Humbug! I live in the Boise area of Idaho with my family. My husband, Brian, is fantastic and often helps me out behind the scenes. :) We have 2 boys, Bryson and Corbin. We are a very natural minded family. We try to limit our waste by using reusable items as much as possible.
I started sewing cloth diapers when I was pregnant with Corbin. I knew that having 2 in diapers could be expensive so I figured I would give it a shot. After making several diapers for my boys, friends started asking me to make diapers for them. Ultimately, I was convinced that I should open my own diaper shop...so that is what I did! :)
Green Humbug was born July 5th, 2011. When I first started, I ran GH from a small room in my house making sized fitted diapers for some local friends. Toward the end of the year, we moved into a bigger house where I had a much bigger space and GH really took off! Around this time I released my first OS fitted diaper. Since then my OS pattern has had several tweaks but is finally where I want it to be!
Keep your eyes peeled for some new items in the near future! If you don't see something you are looking for, please let me know! I am always open to new suggestions!
